Answering the Call to Support Young Women Leaders

One of the cool things about being an entrepreneur is that you get to meet the needs of the world in a way that sings to your soul (and not have to wait for a boss to give you the green light to put something new out there ;).

 So….

In the past few months, I’ve noticed how meaningful it’s been to support young women who are in the throes of career, identity and relationship decisions.

Many of the young women I support identify as soul-seeking… big-hearted… and, deeply committed…

They’re asking important questions, such as:

·      How do I leverage my gifts and creativity to have the greatest impact on our society and planet?

·      Who am I (really); what do I care about; and where do I find the time to do everything I want?

·      How do I find support that’s sincere and non-judgmental? And, what about folks who don’t support me?

In spite of how capable these young women are (seriously, its ah-mazing!), they often get tripped up by distractions or self-doubt and don’t have the support they need - and deserve - to own their awesomeness and pursue what they care about.

Sensitive and caring as they are, they often feel pressured to do what others are doing — or say they should do.

As these women have gotten further into their life or career, and things are supposed to seem easier or more clear, they often feel more confused or overwhelmed (the pandemic has, sadly, only amplified this!).

Now, instead of putting their energy and creative prowess toward things they truly care about, their time is spent managing the stress of “feeling behind” or lacking clarity on next steps.

Where do I go from here?

Why do challenges that seemed insignificant a while ago weigh more heavily on me now? ( it could be that you care more ;))

Why do I worry and stew over every decision (it seems like every decision will be the “wrong” one!)?

How do I quiet thoughts that keep me awake, wondering about all the things I’m not doing…?

Let me first say, you are not alone. (Nor, do you have to go it alone!).

I remember going through very similar struggles in my 20’s and early 30’s.

In many respects, asking these important questions is a necessary and helpful part of your growth and development! (I only framed it as a struggle because I didn’t know any better!) And the reason I struggled far longer and more intensely than I needed to is because I didn’t have the support or resources to make sense of these quandaries (& desires) in a helpful, clarifying, and hope-eliciting way.

This is one of the ways I can humbly offer my support to you.

Through 1:1 sessions, you can talk as openly as you’d like about your struggles (as well as your hopes and dreams). We can explore not only what’s holding you back but also what fuels you to grow, heal or change. We’ll look at resources that anchor you to your purpose and power while lessening the burden of anxiety and overwhelm. And, as necessary, we’ll acknowledge and heal societal pressures that stand in the way of you (soul)fully expressing yourself.

With my training in Organic Intelligence, mindfulness, and somatic coaching, we work at a pace and in a way that’s gentle and easy for your nervous system to digest and integrate. (True and sustainable growth doesn’t happen when the system is overwhelmed or overworked).

My support is merely a shortcut to your healing, growth and soulful expression… A way for you to easefully and enjoyably share your gifts and blessings with a “world so worthy of rescue.”

P.S. If you’re new to my work or want to find out if we’re a good fit, you can book a free 20-minute call. Together, we’ll figure out a plan that will serve you best.

P.P.S. The 6-session coaching course includes both 1-hour sessions as well as several worksheets, reflections, and video practices to further support your learning and growth. Some examples include: Success Stories Inventory, Values Assessment, Knowing Your Support Guides, and many more. The point is to get you moving and grooving with awareness and skills that ease decisions and enhance clarity and confidence.
