Mindfulness Tools for Coaches: Coaching the Heart of the Matter

Offering coaches a powerful vehicle to deepen coaching presence and enhance connection, this series of experiential workshops integrates core mindfulness practices from the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction program at University of Massachusetts Medical. Coaches will gain a clear understanding of how to skillfully manage barriers to coaching presence, apply mindfulness formally and informally to coaching and life, and deepen compassion and nonjudgment toward self and others.
