Inspired by the pioneering work of Jon Kabat-Zinn at U Mass Medical, this workshop offers tools for dealing with daily stress and cultivating greater relaxation in everyday life. Through education, discussion, and experiential mindfulness practices, you’ll learn how to return to your life better equipped to manage stress and experience deeper joy and appreciation for the present moment.
Researchers from around the world consider mindfulness “the new generation of exercise,” simply because the benefits to our mental, physical and emotional health are so numerous. I hope you’ll join us to learn more about this essential practice!
