The best way to learn about and integrate mindfulness into your everyday life is to practice it. 

We offer introductory workshops, weekend retreats, and an intensive 8-week series called Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction. Having the structure of a class can mean the difference between a deeply felt experience of mindfulness and an unfulfilled intention to live more mindfully.
